Description:	AKA will o' the wisp MKII A simiar set up to the previous image with respect to mirrors and light masking. I took the dead tree from bryce and increased the resolution of the model in wings with smoothing. I also grew some more "shaggier" ivy on it. Took a long time, seems the ivy growing is affected by the complexity of the model on which it is grown? Maybe. Instead of the wisp, I chose a fire effect, just so I could indulge myself with the DTE. And placed a cluster of colured lightsrouces over the fire to break up the harsh shadows that would have resulted from a single source. The hdr (horo's test card) remains the same but to speed up the render I've lowered the quality to 16. As with the previous image this has been filtered in post production. It is intentionally a very dark image, but hopefully, not a sinister one.

very cool

I think this looks just as good as the first one. One thing maybe to apply a 1.5 bump map to the mirror in order to give it a DOF affect to get rid of repetition, however I am not sure if it will work on this scene.

The dead trees and ivy give it an eerie feeling. The multiple fires make me wonder what or who made them. Very nice image.

Lovely, but creepy none the less. I think the image is stunning and feels very cinematic. 5/5 without saying. This ivy generator does lend a very organic feel to a scene. Your lighting choices could not be better.

The image has a touch of creepy because all of the vegetation is dead. It seems to have once been very much alive and lush but is now suddenly desolate and dry.

Okay, so your fire is outstanding! The shapes of the meshes are not too obvious. The layers within the fire are very nice. Beautiful!

Not exactly sinister but it certainly has a creepy touch to it. Fires from the charburners or hobgoblins? The near fire plays a trick to my eyes. There appears to be a wooden hut behind it, but there's none. A fairy tale place. Great work, 5/5 for sure.

I'm not sure why you say it's not exactly sinister because when I look at it, the first thing I think of is just that, sinister. The way the tree branches are, they almost look alive, like they might try to grab you or something. Perhaps you could add faces to some of the trunks.

Just curious, why do you have other smaller fires placed further out in the forest. It makes the forest look like it's catching on fire.

I love the way you placed the debris along the ground, and the foreground fire is extremely realistic and well done. Great job on this one.

How were you able to export the bryce tree into an obj format that the ivy grower would understand? I'm trying to grow some tree ivy, but I don't think it's possibly to export the Bryce preset trees.

Just wondering...
