It is done! And yes, I think it is well placed here. On second thought, however, it could be a Still life, too. Wherever it is put to, it is an excellent piece of work.

Is seems to me that quite a few of your images are somewhat meloncholic... is that a matter of concious choice or just the way they happen to turn out?

It is a matter of concious choice and sometimes they also just happen to turn out like that.. so both.. maybe it is the darkness and coldness here in Finland that affects =) I guess we tend to be a bit melancholic from time to time.

I evidently missed the first one, but this is excellent. Terrain is a bit too shiny for my tastes, but that's really the only problem I can see. Space: is she sitting on an astroid?

Oh... Finland... right... hmn... my geography is not so good. I can understand how darkness and coldness could lead to melancholy, just as sunlight and sand seem to lend themselves to visions of heaven and hell. I understand the French have a theory about us English that out natures are a result of the British weather. Your statement would seem to lend credance to that idea. I confess we do like to talk about the weather a lot. It was sunny today, crisp, cool but sunny. Now it is dark and cold...
