It wasn't until I had rendered this that I realized I forgot a mat for the paper, but I don't want to rerender right now.
So it's been almost 2 years since I have touched Bryce, so I figured I would dust it off and see if I can still do some nice things. This was rendered on highest settings and took 58 minutes. If I rerender this, I might put this in an office setting. This makes a great, subtle wallpaper btw.
This image is the start of something great. It requires a little bit more follow-through to reach the effect i think you are after. The reading glasses are cool and look very real. The table top material is very odd to me and I don't know exactly what that material is supposed to be. The lamp is cool. If you still have an interest in Bryce, give this image some more time and I think it will be worth your while. Tonkin has rendered scenes like this one and everyone loves the level of detail he uses. Increase your level of detail, and people will be asking to see the wireframe!

The white stuff is supposed to be paper, but I couldn't get the pieces thin enough. I will definately add some detail to this. Thanks for the input.
