Description:	Bueno este dise?o fue a peticion de un amigo mio que es Ingeniero Civil, de alguna forma queriamos entrar al dise?o 3D para arquitectos, bueno entonces mi amigo consigio unos planos para unas oficinas en la parte de arriba y unos locales comerciales en la parte de abajo, en base a los planos hice el dise?o 3D antes de que se construyera, al final de este dise?o nos dijeron que no se construiria hasta mucho despues, meses despues pase por el terreno y ahi estaba el edificio construido tal como yo lo habia dise?ado meses antes pero bueno asi es la vida y esto pasa por confiado, espero que no les guste mucho porque a mi no me convencio del todo pues el dise?o en si no es mio pues estaba ya hecho en los planos con algunos ligeros cambios que yo le hice, totalmente realizado en Bryce 5

The combined color choices for the sky and the building is what a like here. The textures are a different thing. They're just too clean and perfect to be taken as real. The plants in this little "garden" in front need to be randomized in position and size and why not even in nuances of green. The shadow in front gives away that the garden's not reaching the ground. But you're not giving up yet and for that I'm happy. I see the reflected environment on the base-floors windows, I see the plants on the second floor's terrace, there's a postwork on the image here and there. That means you wanted to create something, it means your img has a lot to offer to the viewer. If you still have the source file, all you have to do is to elliminate the tiny mistakes.

Working from actual designs has its benefits. The construction seems very plausible. Richter is very good at diagnosis and I agree with his comments. The sky is great and simple. The lighting is bright and that is good because the sun is very bright in real life. The reflections in the windows are spectacular, although too blue to fit the rest of the picture. Many people skip the step of transparency with water and glass effects relying totally on reflection. Truthfully though, the windows are lacking some needed transparency. I should be able to see inside the builings at least a little bit. Soft shadows would help also. Plain white is fine, but pretty much anything will work better than this stark white of unknown origin. I often comment on ambient expression as being not very believeable. I have my reasons for saying it. I'm not picking on you but the ambient is making the "computerized" origin of the piece very obvious. Real life is not as flat as ambient is. Perhaps less ambient would work better. Adding other light sources is more genuine. The plants themselves could be better, but they are fine for now. I think that with a little additional work, this could indeed look like a true photo.

... unless it was intended to look artificial, I was about to say after having read the comments above. However, the reflection in the windows give it away that this should look natural, not artificial. Of all that has been already said above and to which I agree, windows that have no visible transparency at all are what I consider the worst ?error?.
