a bit scary no?

Makes me want to start planting trees this very minute!!! Very clear concept and very effective!! The city underwater is great, the water, and the bridge. Great texturing choices for the buildings. I don't think you were going for " photorealism" this time, so your color choices for the sky and environmental elements are more artistically driven which is terrific. The mountain terrains are also fine in a sense, but for some reason they just don't quite....aha, got it! My only suggestion is that you somehow find a way (erosion most likely) to demonstrate the effects of long term and recently increased rainfall on the mountains. The mountains appear very "new." Even though the vegetation is likely fried and dead, the mountain itself should still show the effects of time and rainfall. Mountains hang around for millions of years, so at least a little bit of erosion is almost always necessary in my view although others may disagree. Also the lighting strikes me a little bit odd. Is that the sun or the moon in the distance. either way, where does the light illuminating the buildings come from? Minor comments. Great work.

Here, an idea is portraied, not something photorealistic and as such can be made more dramatic. Having said this, I agree with the sky. Rashadcarter1 is right about the mountains. They should be softer, rounder, flatter - rising with less steep slopes. They could even do with some low vegetation. Nevertheless, you did a good job of warning the warming.
