Cyber Vicki Portrait
Description: Bryce5.5 with V3 model obtained free from www.DAZ3D.com and imported via DAZstudio. Many layers of transparency and reflection add to the apparent complexity of the material used. Hasn't she got a nice smile?

Well, I wouldn't fancy kissing her. Though this is an interesting composition, the background, too, Vicky looks like having her skin peeled off. That's probably because of the red. The artwork is excellent, but it does not appeal to me at all. But I know I have a problem with abstracts done on faces. I have a very conventional attitude towards faces.

I'm back from italy!

I completely agree with Horo; superb, but entirely unappealing. In fact, it almost reminds me of "Who Goes There?" in terms of color and, seemingly, mood.

This is pretty neat

I, Know I dont post a lot usually beacuse Im doing 100% Poser 6, I would so be doing bryce5 is those damn Poser hair Actually imported into bryce5 smoothly ( which they dont ) But I knwo how flustering it is when You have to think up of sumthing or sum type of material to replace the hair ( which I see you do alot dave :D ) thats why I am assuming there is No hair ? But over all I like the material Alot and would love seeing it applied to another object ( not to imply i dont like it on viky ) But I also like the background alot I like the colors It almost seems as though her lips and her teethe are transparent like. Im not quite sure but it does indeed look very nice good job 5/5

...

6/5 for the material and for the smile...
I think the only missing thing here is the line: "Look at me, I've got the most shiny way to get rid of boys!" :)))

Thanks! And yes, I've yet to get to grips with sorting out any decent hair for her - I have had a tutorial sat on my desktop which is supposed to sort this problem but I keep putting off the evil moment in the hope that DAZ will patch bryce and save me the touble of fiddling around with a lot of transparency maps and textures - in some ways, not having the hair is more of an incentive to dig deeper for different approaches and not get too bogged down in striving for realism.
