Maze42
Description: The Great Hall with the tunnels to the side chambers and the interconnecting tunnels were drawn with the terrain editor and converted to a lattice. Two planes make floor and ceiling and a few lamps give light and colour. The material used for the lattice is a modified Plasic by David, for floor and ceiling, another variant of the same material was used as a transparency mask. Light and colour are from radial lights. Pure Bryce 5.5. Contrast enhanced with PS.

Strange, but attractive. There's something in this pic, that makes me feel relaxed. Really, it's something unorthodoxic and... attractive. My finger goes down and vote 5/5.

Nice

The depth is really well done indeed and also I like the tecture you applied to the lower half wall. The lighting is also done well I think.

It is very cool overall.

Material...

To tell you the truth, that material you used dor the floor looks too weird for my taste. I like the interior, but the material....hm....nevermind. It's still a good picture.

Odd...

The materials and colours are hard on the eye, the lighting is good, but on the whole the image is confusing and garish. Reminds me of some of the levels on AvP (Alins V Preditor game) with confusingly interconnected corridors textured with brightly patterned geometic SF bulkhead style reliefs. Weird, interesting but ultimately not somewhere I'd like to go for a wander round.

I like it

The sense of depth this image gives is really well done. While I have to agree the mats are a bit hard on the eyes I still have to say I like the image. If it were a real place I wouldn't want to be there long, but I don't think I'd be able to stop looking. I keep hearing weird synthesizer music in my head every time I look at it.
