Sunset and telegraph poles...
Description: Bryce5.5 The image took about three hours to build (I did intend to model the pylons but I'd set myself the challenge of making the image in one evening and I found I'd spent far longer on the sky than anticipated so in the end I utilised some free telegraph pole models from DAZ's site www.daz3d.com) The image took 10 minutes to render - nice and quick, but dispite nearly two and a half hours fiddling I just can't get the sky light and the stars showing at the same moment. No postwork.

The impression of the original is nicely transferred to this Bryce work. Don't remind me, I'm currently rendering the 14th test of my forthcomming entry.

Aimed low on bryce skills with this one.

Looks like some of your old work just changed to fit the contest, the poles are different, someone like you could have made that easy.

Fair comment

My main aim was on the sky. I find I can spot a bryce image from the sky mostly so I spent the bulk of my time trying to change that to look less like the standard bryce. I would like to make some pylons but I don't know if I'll get that done before the deadline and as that is less of a concern or interest than fiddling with the sky or the clouds - I figured I'd be better showing my support than finding the date had slipped by unknoticed.

Man that's asome

Ya, man the sky is great. It works well with the landscape. I would have to say a plane with a moutain background.
