Good looking fish, but maybe the scene is a little bright for underwater - dunno?

The chisles at right are good. I think, the river bed should also have some rounded rocks in it. The plant says this is a stagnant water, not a stream that flows. I also have qualms about the colour of the water. I say this all to give you some hints to improve, not to belittle what you've done. It is a good work in any case.
