Over the clouds MKII
Description:	Please consult the first version for the unaltered details. Modifications. The scene has been flipped entirely so that everthing is standing on it's head and the light is now comming from the sun in an impossible position - the reason for this was to make use of ground fog as sky fog and so alter the quality of the light. Ground material has also been changed, just for fun.

Modifications

Hmm... I like the lighting better on the first. The clouds here are much better. If possible, change the clouds in the first to these and you will have an exellent scene (as if it wasn't already). Perhaps- though I'm not sure it will work for this scene- try applying a "wave" Phase to whatever controls the clouds in the DTE. Perhaps this has already happened. I am certainly looking forward to the third version!

The terrain and the material applied to it look really quite as if it were on 6000 ft or so. Very convincing. The clouds are excellent. The very top with that fog is wrong. In this setup, you need a blue sky. Besides, the clouds are divided from the mist by a dark border, which is bad. Would you cut off the upper fith of the pic, it would be good, but that is too cheap a solution for you, I reckon.
