Description: This is a series of images depicting the Lenser logo. I did this just for fun in my spare time. What do you think? I rather like the original in the top left. The logo was tooled in Wings and the lighting was either multiple radial lights positioned above the scene or Beanzvision's HDL lights (which is pretty much the same thing but higher quality), which I obtained thanks to jesuis.

Wow, Where to start. When you Set up your light dome How did you go about it i mean yes. I do the basics Like Make a sphere, go to attributes and make the three things at the bottom 600. The question is yours is SO much more ALIVE than mine. Mine are dull and know matter how bright I make them they come out dull. Nice renders ( bottom left a fan am i ) lol 5/5 nice render(s)

I would say that your DOF could do with a bit of bringing into focus - don't forget that the set focal length to selected object button can be very useful for this - I occasionally use an "invisible" sphere as the target for the DOF and place that in the image exactly where I want the focus to be pin sharp. "invisible" = blend transpareny material with transparency set to 100. Unless of course you wanted it all out of focus... in which case just ignore everything I just said!

Missing a focus as well. Instead of using an invisible object as David proposes, use any object you like at the correct distance, get it from the render options and when you have the value, delete the object. I understand Jesuis, your render has more contrast than his.

sharpness- I never noticed the little numerical boxes under DOF. thanks. but, how do I find out the distance from the camera/director to the object? It's too late though. This was a two-day render with DOF, which is not bad as far as time is concered, but really kills my processor.
