Waterfall View 2
Description: How many times can I remake the same picture? As many times as I want :) I still like it. I added the TIR thing this time so the reflections look a lot nicer. 36 hour Render not too bad for the res. I got too close I think, you can see the stupid crappy bird model I used =)

This waterfall departs more and more to what I think a waterfall should look. However, the picture mutates more and more to something nice. I like it. The cardboard birds are a bit -- ahm -- funny. The boat is very good.

I approve of continually remaking the same image, in a lot of ways it teaches you more than makeing lots of different images since this forces you to narrow the scope of your creation and focus on details which would otherwise escape your notice. I usually remake my images between 10 and 20 times before I decide I'm happy with it. Even if it is the first one I made that I got back too! I concur with the above views and would add that I believe there are scaleing issues with the waterfall now that we are so close to the scene. Also if you have not already done so, you could check if the terrain used for the fall is set to solid when rendering (Top RHS hidden menu on the terrain painting window - for anyone who didn't know) because otherwise your TIR setting is being somewhat wasted. Good going... keep going!
