Pathway to Heaven
Description:	What else can I say other than I made this picture? Hmm, well the streaming lights were added to make it seem as if light were streaming through the misty stuff, which to me seems to have been successful. The texture on the mountains are my own customised creation, but it's barely visible so there was no real point in saying that ^^. The palace is a free model from www.3dcafe.com. Fog was added for some cloudy effects, little rocks, water, etc. The render was much longer than expected, and I was suprised to see the lighting actually killing up the render time(the streaming lights I mean). It's interesting to see that because that is not common for me when I use those, but might just be because of the mass amount of them there O_O Polishing was done in PS7, as usual. Teeny bit of noise added, alot less grimeyier(how do you spell that word?) than my other pictures such as Twisted Skyways. But then it IS heaven, nobody expects heaven to be grimey now. Lens flare was also added as usual. This is also part of a 2 picture series, this being heaven, the next being the underworld/hell/world of darkness. You'll definately be seeing glowing green water filled with dead souls in that one! Oh and yes, when you get to palace of heaven, the bathroom is down the corridor and to the right.

As above. Light rays really make it. I wonder if the path to Hell with be straighter and paved with good intensions? Should this one not have the eye of a needle somewhere along it... I suppose it depends on who's heaven it is? Is this any particular heaven or just a generic heaven? Hell always seems to be focused on the Catholic vision - poor tormented souls.

Hmm

Well this is just any particular heaven, there's nothing really to do with religion about it. The hell i'll be making will have greenish water and hellish plasma fire, but the hell is more pictured from the game Doom 3, which has an absolutely fantastic concept of hell.
