That looks very impressive! I like it! Good texture on the leaves, and the butterfly.. actually great texture all around, nicely done.

It was.

It was worth the render time. The leaves are beautiful and look natural. The butterfly looks 2D but is nice anyway. The use of the focus is nice, too, but I think for this pic it spoils a bit the effort that went into the leaves. I wonder where you've got them from.

I almost feel like I could pluck the butterfly off my monitor screen the illusion of depth is so realistic. Horo, as usual, has pipped me to all the most relevent comments - which is fine because his spelling is better than mine. This could be a photo with a bit of effort in the lighting department, just a few subtle changes to the quality of light and you would have people demanding to see the wireframe - the leaves are superb I like that quilted look, I just find them a little too green to be believable - but this is just quibbles and niggles. It's great picture. 5/5

Resolution

Not that I'm greedy or something but could you post that picture in a better resolution(say...2048x1024)? If the size is too big, maybe you could post it somewhere else...I mean... I really like it. I would like to have it as a wallpaper but at this resolution it will look awful.
