Description: LithoNico made some recommendations on the prior version of this theme. The trees were elaborately done in the tree editor, definitely an improvement. The material rocky flanks have been changed. This changed also the geology from solid rock to a stone-earth ground. It looks different and interesting, but is it better? I added a flash in the distance, seen through haze and clouds, therefore it appears thick. David's Multicoloured Plasma did the trick. Finally, I added some rain-clouds.

That sky is excellent - my usual criticism (maybe it is my monitor) I find the greens a bit overly green and not very natural and your terrains don't seem to be very natural, a bit too steep to my way of thinking. Actually, I am being a bit unfair about, the greens in this case because they are on the whole better than usual - just the spikey trees/reeds? on the right. I think there is room here for a torrent3 - oh BTW I really like the foreground material but I feel that it would work a lot better if you were to apply it too a crinklier more natural terrain (not too spikey!) and maybe tinkered with the slope filtering to negate too harsh a transition. Just some ideas to keep you busy. Good work but only a 4 because I know you can do better.

The green I'm using has been on your list of suggestion for improvement more than once. It is indeed more difficult than other colours to get right, which is somewhat surprising, considering the huge amount of different hues of green nature shows us daily.

Yes, I do have an affinity of doing lots of sheer cliffs. I think they add some dramatism to a scene (Slartibartfast would have said ?baroque?) -- and they do exist. This I won't change in this scene. However, I've already set myself to experiment more with rolling hills and flat landscapes in the future. I'm not yet sure whether I'm gonna to grap for that fiver of yours on this one. It gets somewhat boring dwelling too long on the same set-up. Your comment and encouragement is certainly appreciated, but I think you know what I mean.
